Meet the baker
Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, starting in my Nans kitchen where simple ingredients became something magical.
My mum passed down the same love of baking and sugar artistry, showing me that cake is not just food—it’s love, tradition, and storytelling. An tradition I have been proud to continue with my own family.
With over 20 years of experience, and a background in nutrition, art and design, food science and hospitality I blend creativity with technical skill to craft cakes that taste as incredible as they look. As a proud member of the British Sugarcrafters Guild, Great taste, Made in Yorkshire I pride myself on quality, ensuring everything I produce is of the highest standard.
Every creation at The Yorkshire Cake Company is made with passion, local ingredients, and a good helping of Yorkshire charm.
